Some lists have to begin with Salman Khan; after all, he is the Bhai of Bollywood. As of 2015, he is the highest paid actor of the industry. Apart from getting a hefty amount as remuneration, he also shares part of film’s profits. We are officially falling short of adjectives!

Aamir Khan – 50 Crore

He might be the second highest paid actor, but 50 crores is not a small amount after-all!! Mr. Perfectionist, as we call him, takes home quite a few bucks for delivering that perfection and there aren’t enough producers in the industry who can afford him. Call it anything; audiences are always eager about his next movie, always.

Akshay Kumar – 45 Crore

He’s been the all-pervasive Khiladi of Bollywood and he has held his fort intact! Akshay is known to charge a figure, which adds up to form number 9. From 18, he jumped to 27 crores and now from 27 he has settled at 45 crores per movie. We don’t know anything about the number “9” obsession, but it seems to have been working out for Akshay. Way to go Akshay!!

Shahrukh Khan – 40 Crores

It might seem that Shahrukh Khan is down in the list, but he makes up with a hefty proportion in the profit share. Moreover, most of his movies are either home productions or joint ventures, so the salary is merely a small part of what he actually takes home. He isn’t called Badshah for nothing though!

Hrithik Roshan – 40 Crores

He might be taking 40 crores as of now, but if reports are to be believed, he is being offered 50 crores for Ashutosh Gowarikar’s next named Mohan Jodaro. If this is true, it would make him the second highest paid actor in the industry, right after Bhai himself. Who doesn’t want that to happen?!

Ranbir Kapoor – 30 Crores

His magic seems to fading of lately and he might be desperate for a hit, but his pocket never feels light! Apart from hefty endorsement contracts, Ranbir Kapoor takes home 30 crores for every movie, which is justified only if the films are a hit! Ranbir Kapoor really needs a hit to sustain his namesake, or else the figure would fall down.
