South Superstar Rajinikanth’s fans are eagerly waiting for his new movie Rana, but the makers are still under the search of heroines opposite to Rajini. We heard that Rajini will be seen in triple roles in this tri lingual film Rana. Earlier we also heard that Deepika Padukone and Rekha and Vidya Balan are in the female lead roles for this film. But now the latest news is that Rekha is out of this project and Vidya Balan is not yet confirmed. So far Deepika Padukone has been confirmed for one of the female lead role opposite to Rajini.
Recently we also heard that Bollywood Super Star Amitabh Bachhan is also playing an important role and will be seen in a few scenes in the second half of the film. But other details about his character have been kept under wraps.
This film will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.
It will be directed by KS Ravi Kumar, who directed the hit films ‘Muthu’ and ‘Narasimha’ with Rajinikanth. It will be co-produced by Eros International and Ocher Studios, the production house run by Soundarya Rajinikanth (Daughter of Rajikanth). The film will feature cinematography by R. Rathnavelu and music will score by A. R. Rahman.
