Ram Charan has turned vegetarian for his upcoming Telugu film, Dhruva. Not only that, but Ram Charan is also learning Aikido, a Japanese form of self-defense and martial arts, for his upcoming film Dhruva, where he will be seen wearing Khaki and donning cop hat.
As for the reports, Ram Charan is currently working with Surender Reddy for their upcoming project “Dhruva”, which is the remake of Tamil film “Thani Oruvan”. In this film, Charan will be seen as a police officer. For the role, Charan has decided to go lean, mean look and doing vigorous cardio, strength training. His trainer is accompanying Charan throughout the shoot schedule including to his recent Kashmir trip. He is also practicing Aikido two hours daily. This is his way of attaining a dream body for his character in the film. Ram Charan is hoping it is worth all the effort and that the results will be seen on screen.
Though Charan was seen slim, lean in Bruce Lee, he is said to be shedding more extra kilos to look fitter as a cop. The film directed by Surender Reddy has Rakul Preet as Charan’s romantic interest. The film has Arvind Swamy as his co-star.
