Rani Mukherjee, the popular Hindi heroine who recently made her comeback with the film Hitchki is going to attend the Melbourne Film Festival next month. She is invited as a chief guest to the film festival. Rani will be seen hoisting the Indian flag at the event. She was actually nominated for Best Actress category.
Rani Mukherjee is happy with the invitation and said, “It is a proud moment for me to hoist the national flag in another country. I am elated at this and looking forward to the day. I am also thankful to those who selected me for this.”
The film festival is going to be kick-started on the 11th of August in Melbourne. Several film personalities from other industries will also make their presence at the event.
