At the Thank You meet of Rangasthalam, the makers confirmed that the film has successfully touched the Rs 100 crore gross mark.
Naveen, one of the partners of Mythri Movie Makers, said, “Rangasthalam’s box office collections surpassed our expectations. If we expected one crore rupees in a particular territory, distributors say that the film has crossed two crore rupees. We are expecting Rangasthalam to be third highest grosser in the Telugu film industry after Baahubali series. Yes, we happily say that even Chiranjeevi garu’s Khaidi No 150 record would be broken”.
Naveen also revealed that Rangasthalam’s director Sukumar would be directing one more film for Mythri Movie Makers. Naveen heaped praise on Ram Charan, Samantha Akkineni, and Jagapathi Babu.
