Bollywood hearthrob Ranbir Kapoor has been summoned by an Udaipur court for smoking in public.Earlier Sharkuh Khan was also summoned by a Jaipur court for smoking in public during an IPL 5 match.As per the sources recently a complaint was filed by Udaipur resident named Harish Vaishnav who spotted pictures of the Ranbir smoking on the sets of his latest film ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ with Deepika Padukone.
Now the actor will be booked for violating Section 5 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act.The Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act caveat states that if a person is found guilty of smoking in public places, he can be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of six months or get a fine of Dhs 13.
