Yes! As shocking as it gets, we quite didn’t expect this piece of news, but the brilliant actor from Kapoor Dynasty, Ranbir Kapoor, will have no release this year. It was Bombay Velvet, we had hopes pinned upon, but now we hear that the release date of it has been postponed to 2015.
Ranbir is simultaneously working on so many projects, but this year RK-maniacs will not be able to see the star in theatres. Anushka Sharma-Ranbir Kapoor starrer Bombay Velvet was gearing up for a Christmas release this year, but then it was supposed to release on November 28th , as they didn’t want to clash with Aamir’s P.K. But now we hear is that the release date is pushed further to May next year, as some post-production work is still to be done and so has the VFX segment to be covered.
Next year Ranbir was already vying for a May Release in terms of his home production with Anurag Basu, Jagga Jasoos. And now with Bombay Velvet, it seems like double Dhamaal for RK fans.
Wishing we could see Ranbir lit up the silver screen this year, but next year it is that the fans will have to hold in their anticipation of this year too. Double or Nothing or Ranbir Kapoor fans!
