After watching Bollywood star Salman Khan’s latest release, Sultan, Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati seems to have decided to become the Tollywood Sultan.
Sultan in breaking box office records across the world ever since its release. Salman was seen as a desi wrestler in the flick, which was high on action and emotions. On December 23rd this year, Aamir Khan too will hit the theaters with Dangal, a movie on the life of noted Indian wrestler Mahavir Phogat.
Just like Salman and Aamir in Bollywood, Tollywood will get its own wrestler in the form of Rana Daggubati if things materialize. Rana has recently revealed his interest of portraying the famous Telugu wrestler Kodi Ramamurthy Naidu on the silver screen.
Rana expressed that he has been in awe of Naidu ever since he learnt about him. Naidu was accorded the title of Kaliyuga Bheema for his wrestling skills. Rana added that if a director comes up with a proper script about the life of Naidu, he would love to act in the biopic.
