Presently Daggubati Rana and Genelia are acting together in a film titled Naa Ishtam. The release of the film Naa Ishtam is lagging behind the actual planned schedule. So the actors Rana and Genelia are working overtime to complete this film as early as possible. They are working two shifts per day to make sure that Naa Ishtam releases in January, 2012.
Rana and Genelia both are very busy in Bollywood. Despite being so tied up with other assignments they are making sure that Naa Istham too releases in time. The film is said to be a character driven romantic tale in the lines of ARYA.
Naa Ishtam is being directed by a debutant director Prakash Tholeti and produced by Paruchuri Keerethi, who has earlier produced Simha movie with NBK. Chakri is composing the music.
Currently Rana is also acting in a Bollywood film “Department” in the direction of RGV.
