Young and energetic Ram, who has scored a hit film "Kandireega" in 2011 after a series of flops, is all set to work for a sequel to the Kandireega film. A new debutant director Santosh Srinivas had directed the film and Ram, Hansika, Aksha and Sonu Sood played the main lead roles in the film Kandireega.
As per the sources director Santosh Srinivas has a two film contract with producer Bellamkonda Suresh and now the director has decided to make Kandireega 2 with Ram in the lead role. Kandireega 2 will also be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. who has produced the original version.
Presently the movie is in the pre-production stage and the film will hit the floors later this year.
Presently Ram is busy in wrapping up the shooting of his forthcoming film "Endhukante Premanta" under Karunakaran direction.
