Ram Charan teamed up with Sukumar for the first time and delivered his career-best performance in ‘Rangasthalam’ movie which turned out to be a biggest blockbuster at the box office.
Touted to be a periodic drama set in the village backdrop, the movie collected more than a hundred crores and took the first place in the non-Baahubali records of Tollywood. Now, the movie marked its debut on television and got highest TRP. Recently, ‘Rangastalam’ was aired on TV and got 19.5 TRP. Though there are a few film which recorded rating above 20, ‘Rangastalam’ scoring 19.5 is really a great thing. Because the film was made available on the digital streaming website Amazon Prime only after 45 days of the release. The movie got lakhs of views and even the HD piracy print of the movie is doing rounds on the internet. Even the movie was aired in travel buses as well. But still ‘Rangasthalam’ managed to gain such a good rating on TV which proved that the audience hasn’t come out of its magic.
In a few more days, Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’ is also going to get aired on TV and is expected to get good TRP ratings. Talking about the records, Bahubali 1 and 2 still hold the first place.
