Ram Charan’s Diet Plan for VVR

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is looking stunning in all his latest pictures and the posters of the movie Vinaya Vidheya Rama. The actor underwent a unique physical transformation in a less time and that transformation is clearly evident from being Chtti Babu of Rangasthalam to Ram Konidela of Vinaya Vidheya Rama.

Charan’s wife Upasana revealed Charan’s diet plan that he followed during the making of the movie. She posted the pictures of the diet plan and wrote, “Hard work, Dedication & Discipline ! #ramcharan #vvr diet ! Try the diet ! Stay fit ! Stay healthy ! @rakeshudiyar”

Rakesh Udiyar is the fitness coach who helped Charan gain this transformation.

Ram Charan’s diet in-take is planned between 8 am and 6 pm only. In the morning, at 8 am, he took Badam Milk, Oats, and Eggs. At 11.20 am, he took Vegetable Soup and then at 1.30 pm, he took 200 gms Chicken, 3/4 cup Brown Rice and a big cup consisting mixed green salad, 1/4 Avacado and a bowl full of grains. If Charan feels hungry, he was allowed only to have veggies or snacks as food. Charan did not consume water from 8 pm to 8 am in the morning.

The above mentioned plan was strictly followed by Charan during all the days that he shot for the film Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
