South superstar Rajnikanth has been hospitalized for the second time, earlier he was admitted to the hospital due to exhaustion and dehydration and he got discharged the same day. Now he was admitted to the Isabel Hospital in Chennai last night (May 4) with high fever.
Rajinikanth has been admitted to the hospital for the second time this week. He was admitted to the Isabel hospital in Chennai on Wednesday night and is currently being treated for allergic bronchitis and high fever. Reportedly, Rajnikanth’s condition is stable now but he will not be discharged immediately and will have to spend a few days in the ICU.
Rajinikanth will be kept in the Intensive Care Unit for two days. Since the doctors have advised the actor to take complete rest, his family has gone ahead and appealed to his fans, requesting them not to visit the hospital at this time.
The star has been shooting for the movie ‘Rana’, which also stars Deepika Padukone, in Chennai. The first day of shooting for Rana (April 29) was when he was initially hospitalised. He plays a triple role in the movie.
