Jr NTR’s persona as Jai in ‘Jai Lava Kusa’ is getting appreciation from everyone except Puri Jagannadh. In fact, SS Rajamouli also liked it. Rumours are rife that the director is not happy as the character looks like a copy of something that he had discussed with the actor last year.
After watching the teaser of Jai Lava Kusa teaser, Puri Jagannadh strongly reacted, he lost his cool and created hungama on the sets of his directorial venture Paisa Vasool. Apparently, Puri even went to extent of calling Jr NTR a script chor. According to him, Tarak has stolen an idea from his script and used it for ongoing project Jai Lava Kusa.
A source close to the unit said, “ Tarak has a triple role in Jai Lava Kusa. The character of Jai, who is a devotee of Raavan and has a negative streak in him, is seen stammering in the teaser. Interestingly, Puri and Tarak were supposed to do a film together and had discussed a similar character during their meeting last December. This cannot be mere coincidence.”
On the other side, director Bobby denies such reports, he said the film would speak itself.
