Producer Singanamala Ramesh, who has once created a sensation by producing ‘Khaleja’ with Mahesh Babu and ‘Puli’ with Pawan Kalyan, is well known for his controversial acts.
Ramesh has once again hit headlines as the Khaleja producer has been sentenced for one year Jail term by the Kurnool court. He is accused in two different cheque bounce cases. Reportedly Ramesh took a loan of 15 lakhs from a man named Rajashekar Reddy and the cheques issued by him were bounced.
It may be noted that Singanamala Ramesh was arrested by CID earlier in 2011 in connection with MaddelacheruvuSuri’s murder case. He has been out on bail ever since. After this new jail term verdict, he is heard to be planning to appeal in higher court.
Ramesh had in the past produced hit films like Maa Annayya, Veede, etc.
