Priyamani seeks variety

Actress Priyamani, known for her unconventional looks and roles, recently stated that she fears being typecast. The lady walked away with both accolades and a filmfare for her dual role in the recent thriller, Charulatha. Priyamani says that she wants to do a variety of roles and that should include commercial ones too. She did an item song in Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express and will be seen in a very glamorous avatar. The talented dusky actress did multiple roles in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi, not worrying about confining herself. She did a remarkable role in ‘Simha’ opposite Balakrishna and as a loving sister in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan. She is currently busy shooting for a Malayalam film, tilted ‘The True Story’. The flip side of the actress is that she is known for wearing all the wrong outfits at award functions and social do s and her fashion quotient is extremely debatable.
