After a few of Kannada heroines, Sanjjanaa Galrani who acted with Prabhas in ‘Bujjigadu’ also joined the MeeToo movement and stated that she was sexually harassed by Srivatsa during the shoot of a Kannada movie 13 years ago.
Galrani claimed the director Srivatsa forced her to act in some intimate scenes for the film ‘Ganda Hendathi’ which is a remake of Bollywood movie ‘Murder’. In an interview to a newspaper in Hyderabad, Sanjana said that she was forced to do a kissing scene repeatedly for many days. When she tried to object it, the director reportedly scolded her for teaching him how to shoot a scene. She also alleged that the cameras were fixed at places about which she had no idea.
Srivatsa rejected the allegations and claimed that Sanjjanaa making baseless allegations. He further questioned why she was silent all these years. “My 25 years of career in the film industry is ruined due to the allegation. Why she was silent for all these years?” Added Srivatsa.
