In the series of interesting details revealed by ‘Janatha Garage’ director Koratala Siva about his past experiences as a writer, Koratala revealed that he started his film career as an assistant under Posani.
Talking about a bitter and embarrassing experience with Posani, Koratala said, ‘In those days, I was assisting Posani Sir. I was working on a film script along with a team of other upcoming writers. Occasionally, Posani used to pay us a visit at the hotel we used to work at in Lakdikakapool. One day, when Posani entered our room, he got very angry after seeing the untidy atmosphere in our room and fired on us’.
‘Posani’s view was that a writer can work better in clean and peaceful surroundings. He immediately booked a room for us in another hotel,’ added Koratala.
