Pawan Kalyan gets Non bailable warrant?

Subsequent to a petition filed against him by a lawyer in December 2008, actor and president of Yuva Rajyam Pawan Kalyan was served a non-bail able warrant on Monday by the Wanaparthy Munsif Court in Mahaboobnagar District. The petition was filed by a laywer, Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy, alleging that the actor defamed Congress leaders calling them traitors in connection with a land dispute near Gandhi Bhavan. The actor’s lawyer filed a plea in HC requesting the case be dismissed. However the plea was rejected and a NBW was issued as the actor didn’t turn up in the court despite being served the summons.
