As per the sources Pawan Kalyan is in deep financial crunch now and he is decided to sell his two houses to come out from this situation.Few sources says that Pawan Kalyan, who have opted for an out-of-court divorce settlement with his second wife Renu Desai in 2012 and he agreed to pay Rs 40 crores to her in that settlement.Still the actor not paid Rs 12 crores to Renu Desai, so to clear that pending amount now he is selling his flats.Now he decided to sell two luxurious flats in Madhapur area , One is near image gardens and another flat is near to Chirec school are on sale.
