The much talked about remake of the hit Bollywood movie ‘Oh My God’, has been in the news for quite some time now. First, it was the cast of Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan which ensured that the film remained in the news for a long time.
And now, there is one more update to this.
The vivacious beauty Shriya Saran has been finalised to be a part of this official remake of ‘Oh My God’.
Reports suggest that the makers were keen to cast her for the role after seeing her performance in the recent hit Akkineni flick, ‘Manam’. Seems like the success of the movie has done more good to Shriya than anybody else.
The film is all set to go on floors in the month of July. The film will be directed by Dolly and will be jointly produced by Suresh Babu and Sarath Marar.
Power star Pawan Kalyan will be essaying the role of Lord Vishnu whereas Victory Venkatesh will be playing the role of a businessman which was played by Paresh Rawal in the film’s Hindi counterpart.
Meanwhile, Shriya Saran is finishing her other pending projects to allocate her dates to this project which was a huge hit in Bollywood. She is also riding high on the success of ‘Manam’ which has increased the number of roles being offered to her.
