The man of the hour is Karan Johar surely! He has been in news all around due to the famous AIB Knockout which literally knocked everyone off their feet. But today our favorite Karan Johar is in news as his first look from his upcoming flick, Bombay Velvet is out.
Karan who was seen in cameos and blink-and-miss roles in films before has a full-fledged role in Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet. The film is a period drama and playing the antagonist for the first time opposite Johnny Balraj (Ranbir Kapoor) is K’Jo as Kaizad Khambatta.
The suave director-producer and now actor, posted a picture on his Twitter handle and captioned it, “The villain in @anuragkashyap72 ‘s #BombayVelvet… Kaizad Khambatta essayed by yours truly!!!”
It is surely going to be interesting to see Karan in such a dark shade. We quite like the intense gaze and get up Karan has donned. Kaizad is a man who does what he wants to with utmost conviction and can go to lengths while achieving what he desires.
Bombay Velvet releases on May 15th and will see Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in quite varied roles!
