Chennai Express, an action comedy entertainer directed by Rohit Shetty starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone is releasing this Friday. Given that there are no major releases in Telugu and this is the festive season of Eid, the timing should work perfectly well for SRK, who has quite a following in Hyderabad and South India. His last film under Yash banner, Jab Tak Hain Jaan, was well received by Urban and multiplex crowd and despite the overrated mockery of Tamilians(seen in teasers) in the film, Chennai Express is likely to entertain if it delivers what it promises – a typical Rohit Shetty flavour of entertainment.
