Nithya takes off with the bilingual

Nithya Menen, one of the most happening actresses down South is now in Hyderabad, shooting for her next bilingual film directed by Sri Priya. The film, which is a remake of popular Malayalam film, 22 Female Kottayam, has been temporarily titled Malini 22 Vijayawada for now. Rima Kallingal, who played the lead in the original, even, won a best actress for the film. Nithya will be playing the same role of a nurse and her emotional sojourn after being raped. The role itself has a lot of depth and will take the film’s spirit away from that of a commercial element. So it will take a lot more for an actress to make the film work with such a depth. Nithya has already proved her mettle with romantic comedies and this film will definitely give her an opportunity to test her talent in varied roles. From what we know she is capable of, Nithya is sure to walk away with all the accolades.
