The Bombay High Court has today said that the testimony of Ravindra Patil, the main witness in Salman Khan’s Hit and Run case seems to be unreliable and full of inconsistencies.

The court also highlighted that in the police statement recorded on the day of the accident, Ravindra Patil did not mention about Salman Khan being drunk, but the bodyguard added it only in his statement recorded after the reports on blood sample came, on 1st October 2012.
It is known that in May this year, a Sessions Court sentenced Salman Khan five years’ jail term. The actor immediately filed a plea in the High Court challenging the verdict. The case is still being heard in the High Court.
