New Delhi: Netherlands captain Peter Borren won the toss and elected to bat in a Group B World Cup match against India at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium on Wednesday.
India made one change from the side that beat Ireland by five wickets, bringing in left-arm seamer Ashish Nehra for Munaf Patel.
The Dutch included Bradley Kruger and Eric Szwarczynski in place of Bernard Loots and Berend Westdijk.
A victory for India in this day-night game will virtually assure them a place in the quarterfinals.
The Netherlands are yet to win a match in the tournament.
