Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ has completed its first schedule.
As per the latest reports, few high-octane war scenes involving Balakrishna and Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi were canned in the schedule. 1000 men, over 200 horses and camels were used in the shoot of the action episodes for two weeks in Morocco. Hollywood fighters were roped in by action director duo Ram-Lakshman for this purpose. Balakrishna and the whole unit returned to Hyderabad.
Makers said that Gautamiputra Satakarni happened to be first Indian film to be shot in Morocco. Film’s director Krish said that the shooting is progressing as per plan. He added that Balakrishna has worked for 14 hours a day during the two weeks, and he has inspired the entire unit with his energy levels.
A new schedule will soon commence in Hyderabad.
