Spicy Punjabi girl Navneet Kaur has decided to tie the knot with Ravi Rana on February 2 at Amravati.Ravi Rana is a politician and independent MLA from Badnera Constituency in Maharashtra.
Ravi Rana will tie the knot with actress Navneet Kaur on February 2 at Amravati’s Science Core grounds with 2834 other couples and, in the process, create a world record for the largest mass-marriage.
The politician, who defeated sitting NCP MLA Sulbha Khodke in the last Assembly elections, says it’s not a love marriage. "Honestly, there was no courtship. It was Baba who took the initiative and organized a meeting of our parents at Hardwar. So, it was more of an arranged marriage," says Rana.
Top film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Sanjay Dutt and others will be present while industry honchos and politicians ranging from CM Prithviraj Chavan to several ministers from the state and the Centre too will make the occasion memorable.
Navneet Kaur made her debut in Telugu with Seenu Vasanthi and Lakshmi movie. She acted in many films as heroine,including Punjabi, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam languages.
