Jr NTR’s last release ‘Nannaku Prematho’ had to clash with three other Telugu films at the Sankranthi box office.
Now, the scene is set to repeat for NTR’s next film ‘Janatha Garage’ as two other high-profile films are slated to clash with it. It may be noted that makers of ‘Janatha Garage’ have long back announced that their film will hit screens on 12th August. Filmmakers planned to cash in on the long Independence Day weekend.
But, Naga Chaitanya’s new film ‘Premam’ makers have also decided to target the same date. As the film is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster of the same name, expectations are huge.
Hrithik Roshan’s most awaited periodic film ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is also being released on 12th August only. With this, ‘Janatha Garage’ will have to face a shortage of theaters in overseas.
The two films are expected to dent the business of Janatha Garage.
