After testing his luck with a multi starrer movie ‘Devadas’ which also became a dud at the box office, Natural star Nani is all set to come up with a sports drama this time.
Titled as ‘Jersey’, Gowtham Tinnanuri of ‘Malli Raava’ fame is helming this project. Shraddha Srinath is playing the female lead in the movie. It is known that Nani is playing the role of a cricketer in this film. The makers have recently unveiled the teaser of the film which is all about 36-year-old Nani who wants to become a cricketer at the retirement age. Nani is looking different in the cricketer look. The music by Anirudh Ravichander is good and suited for the scenes. The teaser has increased the expectations on the movie and we can expect that Nani is definitely going to score a hit this time.
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments banner is bankrolling this project. The movie is slated for April release this year.
