After the success of Jersey, Natural Star Nani is currently acting in the film Gang Leader, which is being directed by Vikram K Kumar. The actor has apparently injured his ankle while filming an action sequence. Soon, he was rushed to the hospital and apparently, the doctor has advised him to take some rest.
Thus, the schedule which was underway had to be halted in midway due to this unfortunate incident. It seems that the injury is a small one and Nani will be back on the sets within a few days. But we hear that the shoot will now be delayed further which might affect the release of the film.
Gang Leader is slated to release on August 30 and we have to see whether it will get postponed due to this delay. The film is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. PC Sreeram is handling the camera and Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for this film.
