Akkineni young hero has recently signed a new bilingual film in the direction of Radha Mohan of Gaganam and Akasamantha fame. The film will be made in Telugu and Tamil languages, the Telugu version film has been titled as Gouravam.Now the latest news is that Tamil Actor Sharat Kumar’s daughter Varalakshmi has been roped to play the female lead role opposite to Naga Chaitanya in Gouravam movie.
Varalakshmi has earlier acted in couple of Tamil films, now she is making her debut in Telugu with this flick.As per the reports, recently a photo shoot was also done on the lead pair (Naga Chaitanya, Varalakshmi) for the film Gauravam.Varalakshmi plays village girl role in the movie.
The film will be produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna under Annapurna Studios banner and Thaman will score the music for the film.
The regular shooting of the film starts from March 5th!!
