Singer cum actress Mamta Mohandas, who got engaged on fancy date 11-11-11 with Pregith Padmanabhan and got married on 28th December 2011 at Kozhikode.After a year,today,she announced her decision to separate from her husband, which is again a fancy date 12-12-12.Mamta,Who got engaged on fancy date also seeks the divorce on fancy date.
While Speaking to a popular daily Mamata said that,"Pregith and I have decided to separate. The legal procedures begin soon, Got engaged on 11.11.11; 12.12.12 sees me making an official announcement of a divorce; thank God there will be no 13.13.13! (laughs)".
She also said that "But, the fact is that after much contemplation, Pregith and I have decided to move on our individual ways. I’m very happy that we realized that we are two different types of people, who can’t journey together for long. So we took the decision before a discontented family life took us far. It’s been a few months since we started living separately. Legal procedures will begin in January next year".
Mamta Mohandas is a cancer survivor, she is currently busy with the films in Malayalam and she also acted in several Telugu films like Yamadonga, Kedi, Homan, Chintakayala Ravi and King.She also sung hot item number songs in Telugu.
