Superstar Mahesh Babu has reportedly agreed to dub for his own voice for the Tamil version of his new film in the direction of AR Murugadoss.
For the past few years, Mahesh has been trying to conquer Tamil market but his efforts have been fruitless so far. His ‘Srimanthudu’ and ‘Brahmotsavam’ were released in Tamil Nadu on a big scale, but both the films failed to make an impact. A dubbing artist was used to dub for Mahesh’s voice in Tamil.
But, for his new film, film’s director Murugadoss has reportedly convinced Mahesh to lend his voice for the Tamil version as well. Since Mahesh was born and brought up in Tamil Nadu, he can speak fluent Tamil, and it won’t be a problem for him to dub in Tamil.
The film’s shooting is currently going on in Chennai. Rakul Preet Singh is the lead heroine.
