It is known that superstar Mahesh Babu had adopted Burripalem village near Tenali, which was the birthplace of his father Krishna, at the time of ‘Srimanthudu’.
The actor has been working in tandem with the government official towards transforming the village. Mahesh has just a while ago posted a few pics on his facebook page to update his followers about the change in the village post his adoption of the village.
“Pictures of Burripalem main road after drain to drain expansion using MPLAD funds. Another landmark achieved !! Thank you Jayadev Galla for ur continuous efforts and support,” Mahesh posted.
Mahesh’s brother-in-law and Guntur MP Galla Jaydev has reportedly used the funds from his MP quota to lay new roads and refurbish the drainage system of the village. Mahesh thanked him for doing this kind work for the village people.
