Superstar Mahesh Babu is coming up with his next film Maharshi, which is the landmark 25th film in his career. Thus, there is a lot of anticipation around it. But the movie has been getting delayed since the start of the shoot and has postponed its release a couple of times already.
According to the sources, Mahesh is the sole reason for the delay in the works of this project. Apparently, the actor is taking a break from the shoot to work on his ad commercials. The makers have already announced that Maharshi will arrive on May 9 but as of now, there are a couple of songs are left to be shot.
We hear that Mahesh is again taking off for a couple of days to shoot for an ad. If they fail to picturize the songs soon, the release might get pushed again. Meanwhile, the makers are being silent on the issue. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Maharshi features Pooja Hegde as the female lead.
