These days, producers of star hero films are getting permissions for the special show screenings in the Telugu states. As these films are being made on massive budgets, the producers need to recover them as soon as possible. By increasing ticket prices and arranging special shows, they would get benefited.
We have seen some special shows being held for the Sankranti releases. After that, there was no big release. Now, Superstar Mahesh babu’s Maharshi is all set to get released on May 9th. The movie was produced on a large scale by Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP Prasad.
Now, they are planning to arrange benefit and special shows for the movie across the Telugu states. But they didn’t get permission yet. Apparently, they have also requested to increase the ticket prices to Rs.200. The state governments are yet to take a decision on the request and we might know more about it within a few days.
