One film industry that is reinventing itself by making good films in South is Malayalam film industry. The subjects they are choosing and the films they are making have become an inspiration for budding filmmakers and business materials for many other filmmakers in the form of remakes. Already Telugu and Tamil film industries are running after the remake rights of some successful films. Actor Madhavan, who made his comeback to Tamil film industry, is now getting back with another film after the success of Irudhi Sutru.
Madhavan’s next project will be a Malayalam remake movie. He will be seen playing the lead role in the official remake of Super successful and award winning Malayalam film Charlie that released last year. The film was directed by Martin Bragade and the script was written by R. Unni. The film stars Dulquer Salmaan and Parvathy. Gopi Sundar has composed the music for the film. Pramod Films will make the production and the original director will wield the megaphone for this too.
