Superstar Rajinikanth’s Lingaa, directed by KS Ravikumar, is progressing at a brisk pace. The film is now taking place in Chennai, though the previous schedule was shot in Hyderabad. This partly period flick, has Rajini in dual roles along with Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty as the heroines.
Now, every Rajini fan knows that in each of his films, there will inevitably be a mass dialogue about something social in nature, delivered in the fiery Rajini style. After all the Superstar’s status as a celebrity in Tamil Nadu is so powerful that each word spoken by him in a movie takes on a whole new level of importance in the minds of his fans.
Soon with Lingaa on its way, people have been curious about what the particular issue of social relevance will be dealt with by the actor in this one.
Apparently, according to sources, it will be about the tense caste and faith based animosity in certain areas of our country.
In the film, Rajini’s character while involved in the construction of a dam, sees people fighting over such issues and it is then that he delivers his powerful dialogue. Ravikumar and crew seem mighty pleased with this scene and Rajini’s performance in it. They promise loud cheering and thunderous applause from the viewers when it eventually hits the screens.
As if the captivating dialogues weren’t enough, Ravikumar had imported special cameras and other high tech gear to shoot certain action scenes for the flick. We already know that there will be a heist scene in the movie, with one of the characters played by Rajini stealing or trying to steal a valuable gem of some kind.
Let us see how the whole thing pans out and wait in patience till the fan community is jubilant once more in anticipation of a Rajinikanth film.
