Lijo Jose Pellissery had dropped out of sight since dropping the bomb that his movie Antichrist won’t be made in Mollywood and then reports surfaced that Bollywood had now picked up the project. Well, Lijo is back and on top of things with two major announcements regarding Antichrist and his new movie ‘Double Barrel’!
Double Barrel is going to be another star studded flick with Prithviraj, Fahad Fazil and Indrajith, packed with all the cool gimmicks including stylish action, fast cars and heart stopping glamour. Antichrist, which has now been confirmed as a bilingual movie, will be directed by Santhosh Sivan, if the rumors are to be believed.
Lijo posted this Facebook update, giving the eager fans a much needed peek at what’s to come from the young visionary director:
“Happy Easter to all and here are a few happy announcements.
The movie Antichrist will be made on a larger scale in two languages. The costs required to make this exceeds what the malayalam film industry can afford at the moment. So we have decided to make the film without any compromises by going global. We shall bring the best of talents in the Malayalam industry under one canvass for all the world to see. Currently talks are on with foreign producers to make this film in two languages. Watch this space for more updates on Antichrist.

Double Barrel a.k.a Iratta Kuzhal, is sounding more and more like a hard, westernized, new generation heart racer and will be produced by the newly formed Amen Movie Monastery along with August Cinemas Pvt Ltd. The shooting is to start mid- May, according to sources.
Meanwhile, Antichrist is also reported to star Farhan Akhtar along with Prithviraj, in the Bollywood version.
