Lawrence Demands Rs 20 Crores for “Bhairava”

After proving himself as a mass director with “Mass,” Raghava Lawrence took on the horror-comedy series “Muni.” With “Muni” he proved that he can also handle the comedy scripts very well. As the part of Muni series “Muni,” “Kanchana,” and “Ganga” films were made. With these sequels becoming a huge hit and gaining good response, Lawrence decided to direct another comedy horror film titled “Naga.”

In “Naga” once again Lawrence will play the role of hero. This film will be released in Telugu as “Bhairava.” Since the first three parts becoming a tremendous hit in Tamil and Telugu, Bhairava has gained a good craze for the market here too.

Muni sequel Ganga that was acquired by Producer Bellam Konda Suresh for 16crores resulted in huge profits. Since the business doing well in Telugu, Lawrence now is demanding a mind blowing 20Crores for Bhairava.

Lawrence, who demanded 4crores more compared to Ganga was provided the required money from a producer. Though the name or banner that acquired the rights of Bhairva weren’t revealed, Lawrence is for sure will be happy after receiving such heavy money.

One thing shall be remembered that Lawrence directorial “Rebel” which became a flop left him paying a penalty due to the losses incurred by the producers. Hope that he doesn’t repeat this time.
