Bollywood Actress Konkona Sen Sharma and Actor Ranvir Shorey decided to separate and end their five-year relationship yesterday. Konkona and Ranvir have said that they both have decided to separate, but continue to be friends and co-parent their son.
They are parents of four-year-old son Haroon, who was born in 2011.
Konkona Sen Sharma married Ranvir in 2010 in a private ceremony. They both fell in love long before their wedding. These two were seen together in films like Traffic Signal, Mixed Doubles, Aaja Nachle and Gour Hari Daastan.
The 35-year-old actress gained attention after winning National Award for her performance in Mr. and Mrs. Iyer in 2002, directed by her mother, Aparna Sen.
Ranvir, who was former VJ, made his Bollywood debut with Ek Chhotisi Love Story. He too mentioned about his separation with Konkona Sen Sharma on his microblogging site.
