Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni is getting bigger and bigger in terms of casting and scale.
As per latest reports, Kannada star hero Shivraj Kumar will play a key role in the historical film. When approached, Shivraj couldn’t reject the role considering the mammoth project and his association with Balakrishna.
It may be recalled that for Shivraj’s recent blockbuster ‘Shivlinga,’ when a success event was held, Balayya attended as chief guest. Their friendship is a result of their fathers’ association. NTR and Rajkumar used to be good friends, and the duo has even remade a couple of films of films each other.
With such family bonding coming from roots, Balakrishna and Shivraj Kumar have decided to share screen space for the first time in GPS. This move will also help the makers of Balayya starrer to have good box office result in Karnataka.
