Yesterday night, Universal hero Kamal Haasan has fractured his leg after he slipped and fell from stairs of his office in Chennai.
He was immediately rushed to Apollo hospital where he has been undergoing treatment. Doctors who attended Kamal have revealed after preliminary tests that it was a minor injury and that there’s nothing to worry. They also added that a minor surgery has to be performed to his fractured leg.
The multifaceted artist was supposed to address at the London Indian Film Festival (LIFF) where he would be honored with the Lifetime Achievement award. With this mishap, now he would be unable to attend the event.
Kamal has recently returned from the US after canning a schedule of his upcoming trilingual action comedy film ‘Sabash Naidu’. Starring himself, his real life daughter Shruti Haasan, Ramya Krishna, Brahmanandam and others, the film’s next schedule is also likely to be postponed.
