Super Star Rajinikanth has become a new brand now. It was recently known that Air Asia has made Rajini’s Kabali as its brand logo and also painted its planes with the Kabali poster. Now, ‘Cover it up’, a company that churns out high-quality mobile phone cases and Coffee Cups, has partnered with the makers of Kabali for exclusive merchandise roll-out. They have printed Smart Phone cases to coffee mugs and posters with Kabali’s Rajinikanth photos and dialogues.
As for the sources, ‘Cover it up’ is the official merchandise partner of the Rajinikanth’s Kabali. Apart from phone cases, coffee mugs and posters, exclusive t-shirts are also in the offing,” said Ronak Sarda, founder and design strategist of ‘Cover it up’. He also said “Rajinikanth sir has fans across all age groups, so we don’t have a target audience. Any hardcore Rajinikanth fan who appreciates the design is a potential customer”. Instead of using the official poster of “Kabali”, Ronak and his team came up with their own design. While the “Kabali” phone cases are priced at Rs 499, the coffee mugs and posters are available for Rs 249 and Rs 299 respectively.
Super Star Rajinikanth’s most awaited film “Kabali” will hit the screens on July 22nd.
