UV Creations the maker of blockbusters like Mirchi and Run Raja Run, this time brings Jil to the audience. The film is starring Gopichand and Rashi Khanna, directed by the debutante Radha Krishna Kumar. People really liked all the promotions done before releasing the film. They were eager to watch and expected a lot from the film after seeing the hype, but have Jil stood up on their hopes? Let see..

Well, the story is basically a common love story. The protagonist Gopichand (Jai) who plays a fireman in the film lands in a mafia world in Mumbai. He falls in love with the beautiful Rashi Khanna (Savitri), the story goes around the love track and clashes of mafia world.

In his previous film Gopichand was featured as a very common and simple man. But in Jil, the guy next door has really polished himself to become a polite urban man. He presented himself in the film well. The character is appealing and can attract the audience and his fans.

Rashi Khanna acted well along with her graceful look in the film. After seeing her performance in this film Tollywood will expect lot of promising roles from her in future. The male audiences will be attracted by her sexy look in this film. Other characters in the film are played quite well. Kabir as Chota Naik was outstanding in his bad boy avatar, and Posani Krishna Murali was amazing with his comedy and humours.

Technical Aspects:

As a debutant Radha Krishna Kumar did a justice to his work. He directed the film well except a few minor slip-ups. The second half could have been improved. He mixed style and fashion in a mass story and presented it very cleverly. Radha Krishna Kumar seems to be a talented director for no doubt.

Other than direction, the music and screen play was good. Ghibran introduced a frisky and fresh track for the audience. The songs were shot well but they do not seem to be very appealing to the crowd. The screen play is done by Sakthi Saravanan who is one of the famous Cinematographer in Tollywood. The screenplay is faultless, editing and presentation is good. The film is released under the banner of UV Creations which is known as one of the biggest banner in Tollywood.

On an average:

It is absolutely a hit. Despite a few drawbacks Jil finally won the heart of its audiences. It is fully an entertaining and masala movie. Enjoy this combination of action, romance & comedy drama with your friends and family. So this weekend get relief from your stress and just chill with Jil.
