Jayalalitha, Actress turned Politician and Present Chief Minister of Tamilnandu, was convicted in disproportionate assets case and she was convicted under Prevention of Corruption Act Section 13 (1) (E). Now the another big news is that she might quit from the CM post. The case running from almost 18 years and actully case was filed by Subramanyam Swami in 1996 and chargesheet filed in 1997. In 2003 the case moved to Bangalore Court.
