Jacqueline Fernandez diet secrets

Jacqueline Fernandez is one of the few actresses who flaunt the best body in the B town. The lady, who is going places with big projects this year, shared some interesting fitness secrets while speaking to PTI.


We would assume that such a killer bod needs huge efforts, but Jackie’s answers proved that we were wrong. However, the details looked promising and viable for the lazy lot.

“Usually by 7am, I am up and I do yoga by 8 am. I can’t work out for more than an hour but I enjoy that one hour as its time for me. I alternate between weight training at the gym, yoga and some cardio occasionally” she said.

Jacqueline also shared that she depends heavily on a ‘macrobiotic diet’ – balance of grains, proteins and lots of veggies.

The lady who is known for her fab figure only next to the likes of Bipasha Basu keeps it humble when it comes to her work and films.

The Ex Miss Sri Lanka Universe was whole heartedly accepted by the Bollywood audience. After some commendable performances in films like Murder 2 and Race 2, Jacqueline will be seen playing a female lead in the films such as Kick and Roy this year. She will star opposite Salman Khan in Kick, which is a remake of Telugu Blockbuster with the same title.

A major endorser of retails products in the country, Jacqueline also won awards for last year – 12th Teacher’s Achievement Award for Artistic Versatility and Asia net Film Award for Most Stylish Bollywood Actor.
