Yesterday Income tax officials were raided the houses and offices of Tollywood actors Nagarjuna, Ravi Teja and actress Anushka. IT officials also raided the residences of Akkineni Venkat (Brother of Nag), Annapurna studios and producer D Siva Prasad Reddy of Kamaskhi movie banner owner and also a close friend of Nag.
Followed by the raid Today the IT officials have been given the summons to the stars Nagarjuna, Anushka Shetty, Ravi Teja, and Producers D Shiva Prasad Reddy of Kamakshi movies and Akkineni Venkat asking for the explanation within a week from them on inconsistency in tax payments.
As per the sources these actors were under the scanner from the long time as they were involved in land investments and huge money transferred between the hands and also from the accounts.
So we have to wait for how the things unfold further.
