The super success of ‘Dabangg’, which took in Rs 47 crore in its opening weekend has brought its producer Arbaaz Khan to the Income Tax (IT) department’s attention. IT officials visited Arbaaz’s office in Bandra, Mumbai on October 13.
Arbaaz said that it was just a routine check related to advance tax payments since ‘Dabangg’ had done so well at the box office.
It seems that Arbaaz’s brother Sohail’s offices were checked as well.
‘Dabangg’ starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha is still going strong at the box office and just might go on to become B’wood’s highest grosser ever.
